Terms & Conditions
1.Ridhi Vasudha LLP is an E-procurement company & not the manufacturer of the actual Product, hence ,We won’t be liable or
answerable for the quality or the outcome of the product ,sample,goods,raw materials etc procured and consumed by the end
user supplied through us.
2. Ridhi Vasudha LLP does not offer any credit for any order ,100% payment should be received before shipping stage.We
accept payments only through Bank to Bank transfer , we never accept payments in cash or kind,also we process your orders,
only if your company has a valid GST number.
3.PPCR Coils cannot be taken back, exchanged or disputed, same applies to Non-Prime, Imported,Secondary,NCO (auction
stock coils and baby coils) (Both Colour Coated and Non Colour Coated. Branded and Non-Branded), Hence neither
compensation nor refund applicable.
IMPORTANT: Please video record the Coil/Coils while unloading and opening the cover, also ensuring all the details on the coil
sticker is captured ,else we cannot dispute any issues (If at all) regarding the coil with the original manufacturer. Any such
issues or disputes should be reported to us within 24 Hours of receipt of delivery.
A :If you wish to return the goods ,it will be totally up to the original supplier’s discretion who supplied goods to Ridhi Vasudha LLP, this will be pro-rata and transport will be at the cost of the buyer(To & Fro) if any such return is approved. Ridhi Vasudha LLP will only assist in reporting and escalating such dispute to the manufacturer or supplier whichever is relevant.
All relevant disputes subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction Only.
Note : There could be some variance in the same product of the same specifications from one manufacturer to
another, Ridhi Vasudha LLP cannot take any responsibility for any such variations.
B:Order cancellation & relevant refunds ,any relevant dispute to refunds are fully & totally upto the discretion of the
manufacturer /Supplier who supplies to Ridhi Vasudha LLP, We won’t be liable for any such refund or delay/dispute , Ridhi Vasudha LLP will neither proactively provincially ,partly or fully refund or on behalf of any suppliers nor shall be privy to any such
dispute.
4. Ridhi Vasudha LLP will execute your Purchase Order only as per our Proforma Invoice & terms of agreement sent to you.
5. Ridhi Vasudha LLP will not be liable for any loss /theft or damage caused to the order (Product )in transit or in transport.
However we will ensure safe and full loading of your order at source, Also if there is a long queu at the loading point ,we neither
will compensate the buyer or their transporter for any delay caused due to long queue’s ,unloading of the order is at buyers risk
and expense. We neither offer any transport service for your order nor directly or indirectly cover your order under any
insurance.
6. Repeat order may or may not be at the same quoted price, this depends on the market price on that day.
7. The Quote or Product Order is Non – Transferable.
8. Force Majeure : In the event of war, civil unrest, rioting, fire, other disasters and any other circumstances beyond our control
irrespective of whether or not this occurs on its premises or those of its suppliers or in the event of any change in
circumstances of such a nature that we cannot reasonably be required to fulfil our obligations, we shall be entitled to withdraw
our quotations, suspend deliveries or terminate any relevant Contract without judicial intervention, and it shall not be required to
provide any compensation. Failure by us or our suppliers to meet our/ their delivery obligations or to meet them correctly or in
full, shall be deemed to be a case of force majeure.
9.Ridhi Vasudha LLP will try its best to process & deliver order in agreed time lines ,but in some rare scenarios where there is a
delay from the original manufacturer or supplier ,we shall neither be liable nor shall be responsible to compensate for any delay
in delivery.
10. We do not have any agents or branches ,any one dealing with someone claiming from Ridhi Vasudha LLP shall beat their own risk
